Setting up a cancel only feed

1. Create a site using the telnet interface or the web interface.

2. Set the distribution to !*.

3. In the web interface for configuration of that site set cancel bypass to on and update the configuration.

4. For the telnet port use: SetSite <site name> CancelBypass 1
